Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your Suro account and everything linked to it at any time. Here's how to do it, and exactly what gets removed.
From the app
The quickest way is right inside Suro:
- Open Suro and go to Profile.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out on every device.
By email
Can't access the app? Write to suro@clotet.dev from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. We may ask you to confirm the request so we know it's really you.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and we keep no copies. We remove:
- Your profile and sign-in details.
- Every group you created, with all of its lists, events, notes, files, and expenses.
- Your membership in groups created by others — those groups stay for their remaining members.
- Your notification tokens, so your devices stop receiving push notifications.
How long it takes
Deletions from the app happen immediately. Email requests are handled within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
